Since the time of early automotive manufacturing, I-Beam overhead monorail conveyors have brought increased efficiency to production lines. Because it's still widely used today, FSC has developed an I-Beam conveyor with improved components for low cost conveying in a wide range of applications. Our I-beam overhead monorail conveyors provide some of the lowest "cost per lb. of capacity" of any overhead conveyor system. Available in 3", 4" and 6" conveyor track heights, with heavy duty forged chain and trolleys. Because we adhere to industry standards, our components are easily interchangeable with other manufacturers. FSC I-beam overhead monorail conveyors feature welded design for rugged, long term use. All components, including the open track and chain design, are exposed and visible.

FSC also specializes in chain-on-edge conveyor systems. We feature several unique design features not usually found in the industry. Chain-on-edge conveyors are available in 1", 1 1/2", 2", 3" and 4" pitch chain sizes with turn assemblies ranging from 6" thru 48" in diameter. Conveyor drive units are sized per application (speed, product load, chain length, etc.) and may be continuous running and or index cycling. Chain take-up assemblies are automatic or manual and adjust to maintain proper chain tension. Product rotators are static or dynamic and utilize chain for positive engagement and rotation of the spindle assembly. Each chain-on-edge conveyor system is custom built to meet your facility and manufacturing requirements. FSC utilizes production proven standard components to provide accurate and reliable conveyor operations year after year.
