process required. Some features that make a F.S.C. washer a long lasting, trouble free
piece of equipment are:
1) All stainless steel gasketed access doors in
drain sections
2) Dock lights and G.F.I. receptacles at each door
3) Washer exhaust fans with cast aluminum propellers, enclosed bearings and
shaft, extended lube lines, shaft seal and slinger cover to eliminate bearing
failure
4) Dual probe water level sensing with solenoid valve for automatic level control
and manual ball valve
for quick fill
5) Dual stainless steel debris screens
6) Stainless steel access lids with hold open feature
7) Vertical barrel mount pumps for accurate motor/pump alignment
8) Walk through grating for inspection and maintenance
9) Liquid filled pressure gages and thermometers
10) Discharge valves on pumps for pressure and volume balancing
